What Starts Here Changes The World
Cedar Creek Machinists Training's curriculum is designed for students who aspire to become machinists, toolmakers, engineers, and other skilled trades. The instructor will work with each student to meet their individual needs. Students will learn how to heat treat steel; design jigs, fixtures, gauges, dies, and molds; as well as build jigs, fixtures, gauges, dies, and molds. CCMT helps students get a step ahead of the competitive workforce in their future industry.
Cedar Creek Machinists Training works and communicates with local businesses to determine what skills are needed in today's world. CCMT has connections with: TNR Machine, FlexFab, Burchett Quality Tool, BJ Hydraulics, LJ Fluid Power, Kellogg Community College, KM Industrial, Kandler Tool, Creston Industrial, Alro Steel, Seco Tools, and Co-Dee Stamping, and Cedar Creek Enterprises. CCMT is working to line up many different job opportunities for each student.
Cedar Creek Machinists Training has partnered up with KCC to allow high school students to dual enroll. They can earn college credit, while they are still in high school!
We'd love to meet our future students and local workforce. If you have any questions or concerns feel free to call, email, or stop by to take a tour of the school.
